17-04-2006 Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings single-handedly spearheaded the funk-soul-rhythm n blues made popular by Mark Ronson, Amy Winehouse and Duffy a couple of years ago when they released their ‚Dap Dippin‚ album on their own Daptone label.
Since then, the band have risen to international acclaim as players on some of the aforementioned albums and given true soul music lovers what they really want with their follow up albums Naturally and 100 Days, 100 Nights.
